| Located 16 km North-East of the Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Brion Island is a natural jewel in the heart of the St-Lawrence Gulf. Once settled for more than a century, the island holds the intriguing history of the Scottish families, Acadian fishermen and lighthouse guardians who lived there. Aside from these few distant imprints of civilization, this little territory possesses a large ecological diversity which bears witness to the primitive nature of the Îles-de-la-Madeleine.
