A captivating and passionate orator, Sébastien has several years of experience as an expedition chef, kayaker and naturalist. He is reputed for his enthusiasm in all situations and his penchant for sporting and organizational challenges. Always emphasizing his environmental convictions, he contributes to the development of the yurt encampments and the creation of ecological solutions in the Îles-de-la-Madeleine. A Leave No Trace-certified educator, our guide Sébastien will be able to open your eyes to the wonderful world of adventure and ecology.
Fanny Arseneau

An indefatigable voyager, our madelinienne with the charming Acadian accent has forged her sense of leadership through professional experiences at home and abroad. Committed to the preservation of the fragile ecosystem of her native islands, Fanny knows the islands like the back of her hand. She is most fond of the Brion Island Ecological Reserve where she has been acting as a guide for several years, always as awe-struck as ever. A Leave No Trace-certified educator, our guide Fanny will transmit to you her contagious passion. Her love for nature and the history of the islands will enthral you.
Able to work wood like no other, Dominic oversees the design and construction of the yurts. His artistic approach and his technical skill are appreciated by the entire team. Dominic pursues a flourishing artistic career and displays his contemporary works here and abroad.

The life and soul of the group, Suzanne likes to have fun telling stories and legends to her guests. Her contagious enthusiasm will spice up your stay on this end-of-the-world island.

Completing her Sustainable Tourism and Ecotourism Masters at Montpellier in France, her taste for adventure and her thirst for exploration have brought her to the Magdalen Islands to actively participate at the organisation of Vert et mer. In fact, she always advocated and encouraged ecocitizen behaviours and has been able to observe throughout her travels, different ways to manage sustainable tourism, respectful of nature and men. .That is why she will insure the normalisation of the enterprise .in an efficient way, with a smile and her overflowing energy .that characterizes her.
Jason Bent
Liaison Agent
Escaped from the urban jungle, Jason has done a long route before settling in the Madeleine islands. Holder of an outdoor education and adventure tourism bachelor degree, he’s a nomad in his soul. From western Canada passing through Saguenay, Nunavut and the James Bay, his multiple experiences have forged his vision of regional tourism development. Dynamic and versatile, his goal within Vert et mer is clear, to spread the good news about the practical solutions that the enterprise proposes to initiate a green shift. While implementing the new Activity centre in Cap-aux-Meules, he will be pleased to offer quality travelling experiences with a strong environmental ethic to visitors.
